Well, I am leaving my job after my boss and I had a big argument. It turned out that he listened more to the Korean part-time teacher than anyone else. I got really angry about this as I had been working for 15 months and that when my wife worked for the school (during my CELTA Course), she found out the boss and the Korean PT Teacher (who is married) were having an affair.

Well, I decided to leave and found out that the jerk hadn't paid tax when I phoned the tax office (he was really scared). So he is paying all my tax back, he didn't pay pension, didn't pay medical insurance etc etc.

I feel really betrayed. My first twelve months were good till the director resigned and his brother took over. The following three months were hell.

I recommend anyone who has been contacted by "Kevin's English Institute" to not take a job. The working hours are okay but the boss has no idea of English, let alone how to teach it. You are isolated. But then again, they told me that they don't want another native teacher, so don't you worry.
