I've personally had 2 bikes stolen in the 1.5 years I've been here. I have 2 friends who have also had bikes stolen here, too. What's with that? I don't remember bikes being stolen this frequently back home.
Is it just me or is it more popular here?
Who is doing it? Kids or scam artists?
What do they do with the bikes? Sell them? Ride them?
Are U-locks really that much better to protect your bike? |
