Deadline for Labour Board?

Just wondering whether you can still report things (late pay, mistreatment etc) to the Labour Board a few months after they happened, or whether it'd be too late now...

You can always try. They will probably only care about pay issues though. I doubt they could do much for mistreatment. You can call the labour hotline at 1350 (no other number required) and push 7 for English when the time comes. They'd be able to tell you whether you could go to the labour board office and file a complaint or not.

I've reported things as late as 5 months without problem. Maybe a 6-month deadline?
