So I'm in Gimpo in a brand spanking new building in Sa-woo-dong with 20 studio apartments. Brand new building, new furniture, new everything.

And I'm the only one living here. Where is everyone else at? I'm told everyday that there will be someone moving in. Still nothing. I want some neighbors.
