According to me.
A 600ml bottle of Coke zero and a bottle of Soju are perfect. It tastes okay, it gets you merry and you're okay in the morning.
I'm really proud of my invention and I hope history will remember me well... |

Haha...I think that's a common mix, I'm afraid. Soju tastes similar to vodka when added to coke (of course the quantity of soju should be doubled to make it equivalent to a 40% shot of vodka). It's inexpensive and easy to drink and so has its uses. |

Soju and Coke is commonly called socol. Maybe it's different with Coke Zero. Some of my friends used to mix soju with those vitamin drinks. |

I'd definitely recommend using Coke Zero if possible. Soju has enough calories without adding the sugar contained in ordinary Coke or Vitamin drinks. |

As far as I'm aware, the same difference between Pepsi Max and Diet Pepsi. "Diet" refers to reduced calories whereas "Zero" or "Max" refers to almost no calories whatsoever. |

So it's full of chemical shite?
What an apt metaphor for being a westener living in Asia, aye?

A lot of people don't like Diet Coke because of the artificial sweetener taste. Coke Zero is basically a Diet Coke that tastes better. |

Yeah, that's how I see it. What would you prefer, some probably harmless chemicals or proven to be harmful sugar? |

If I drink a Coke, it's gonna be a Coke, not some half-flavoured chemical. |

Sugar fucks you up though, diabetes and mad mood swings etc.
So does artificial sweeteners but soju is good, so what to mix with soju that tastes allright, isn't too expensive, and won't give you testicular cancer? What's that traditional drink that Koreans usually drink soju with taste like? |

Your last sentence doesn't make grammatical sense. But often Koreans drink poktanju (soju mixed with beer), and various fruit mixes. |

Basically, yes.
Then again (to play the devil's advocate), aren't they all? Water, sugar, and CO2 are all chemicals, after all.

Do I look like a grammarian to you?
I'm talking about the little green bottle that you see stacked next to soju bottles. |
