cause i've passed several cops, although I had no helmet on so maybe they saw waygook and left me alone......

Wear a helmet, that's the only thing I've ever been pulled over for. Well, don't drive on the highways, either. Plates? Cops don't give a rat's ass.

Wise move as that's illegal with or without a helmet. And that rule is stupid.

Ya it's a stupid rule no bikes on the highway....I can understand scooters. Although if they said bikes were allowed I can jsut see scooters on the highway, so instead of confusing ALL of Korea they decided to ban them all. This way there is no confusing the masses....
