Anyone ever have a problem with service?

It seems to me that they are not professional enough. The last place, I kept insisting that my new glasses needed to be adjusted. One ear is lower than the other and they tilt to one side. They're crooked. It drives me crazy. I think that the young fella was worried about breaking the frames, but you have to adjust the nose pieces, too. I kept insisting and he kept telling me that they looked fine. I told him that I guess ever person has different physical makeups and was at a point where I was agreeing with him. Maybe I was just testing him. I don't know. Came to the point where I was in a hurry and took off. But I had to turn around and go back after exiting the store. It just ticks me off.

Other times, I've gotten my glasses adjusted for sleeping on them, etc. I go in and dufus dude goes out back, comes back out, starts cleaning them, and hands them to me. WTF! The don't get right up to your face and adust them little by little.

They're retarded.
