| Looking for buy a used cell phone and not sure where to get one. I will ned one with English menus, and a subway map feature would be a bonus. I guess I will need one that is on prepaid, and I hear you can't get a phone plan until you have had a bank acount open for 3 months, and I just arrived a week ago, but I would lke to be able to put it on a regular plan later. |
