My understanding is that your BA diploma for the visa issuance # application needs to come in a sealed/stamped university envelope? Is that right? My BA diploma was too big to fit in an envelope. My college mailed it to me in a cardboard tube (shaped like a piece of straight pipe) with a plastic cap on each end. The caps are taped on. So there's no sealed envelope. It's a real diploma. Is this a problem? What to do?

Thx .... mep

No, your degree does not need to be in a sealed envelope. Just the transcripts.

I've never heard of that requirement but I haven't had to deal with that stuff in a while. Are you sure you aren't confusing your diploma with your transcipts? The transscripts have to be in a sealed and stamped envelope from your University. This was not the case with the diploma...for me at least.

I'm sure someone else will chime in with more info...

Transcripts must be in university stamped and sealed envelopes.

Your diploma does not. You are fine.
