Ok, I have English Windows XP. In the control Panel under Regional/Date options I have:
Standard/Formets = English (US)
Location = United States
When you click on the "advanced tab" I have Language used for non-unicode programs = Korean.
As for the keyboard language, I have that set to Korean.
Here's my problem. Every time I go to install a program, it always defaults to Korean. My "Location" is set to the US. Why aren't install/setup windows displaying in English?
Also, my Microsoft Word has the measurements in Centimeters, even though I went into the options and changed it to the US Inches. It not recognizes inches, but the stupid rulers above and to the left of the word page is still in centimeters. |

Set the language for non-unicode programs to English, don't know about the centimetres for Word. |

<shakes head>. That seemed to do it. Its a choice of having programs install on my computer in English or having Korean websites/programs load correctly.
Its odd that I can't have both. |
