Are they the lemmings

Location: Not here anymore. JongnoGuru was the only thing that kept me here.

Hello all. A newspaper here in Japan had a picture of anti-FTA protesters in SK. One protester had a placard with the word Hanmi on it. Could someone please tell me what that means?
