I just got a new Samsung anycall phone model sch-v840 and I don't like the ringtones on it.
I have downloaded about a thousand ringtones from torrents but I can't seem to get my computer to connect to my phone!
I've gone to the Samsung site and downloaded the pclink program but it won't connect.
What am I doing wrong? |

I might be wrong, but I was always under the impression that they locked them out so you had to pay for all of your ringtones (from them). |

You could get a Korean to download it and transfer itto your phone via IR. Worked for me |

closed system. You have to download your ringtones from ezi or whatever your phone connects to. |

Try getting the drivers for your phone from the "Korean" samsung site. My motorola KRZR will not work with US/EU motorola software/drivers. The only thing that worked was going ot Motorola's Korean site and downloading the drivers for the KRZR there.
Also, I had to convert my custom ringtones to mmf format in order to even get it to recognize.
The best place I got help was on Naver. If you can't read Korean then try to get a korean friend to look up info on Naver. |
