Imagine they are going to hold the world track and field championships in Daegu in August 2011 
Only place worse than there to hold it at that time of the year would be Houston
what was the IAAF smoking? |

| Smoking? Nuttin. They were just so bowled over by all the bee-yoo-tee-full 'Welcome IAAF Inspection Committee' banners fluttering from every lamp post and construction site a few weeks back. |
