| I drink more instant coffee than ever before. At my public school, I have about 4 instant mochas a day. |

Yes, but it's hard to put my finger on the reason. Is it the stress my students give me or living in this interesting country? |

| I'd like to say I drink less because I worked in a bar back home so finish my shift and drink until the sun comes up. But I seem to be drinking until the sun comes up every weekend....hmmm |

| For some reason, I find myself with the ability (like others) to drink until sunrise and beyond here. Back home, I'm done by 3am tops. |

back home i had more than one drink only on new year's eve and at weddings
went some years without any alcohol incidentally, not as some sort of plan
i just wasn't a drinker
but coming to korea i quickly found myself having dinner with koreans who want to drink soju or wine with dinner, go for beer or a soju tent afterwards, lots of 'one shot' and glass filling on their part, i just going along with their customs as much as i'm comfortable to, and as i have no hangups either way, i've gotten drunk with koreans countless times over the last few years
with foreigners i've gotten drunk exactly four times in the last five years: once on geoje with a dave's poster who visited, three times in the last year, with an aussie at an expat bar in gwangyang, with him and a fellow canuck over a bottle of bacardi 151, and when i professed my enjoyment of the rum, the canuck brought another bottle later, and the last time was a poker party
gawd it looks like i'm getting a liquor cabinet, with the raspberry and pomegranate wines i have for dinner guests
i think i've moved from nondrinker to socially moderate drinker
i've never liked bars and i think i'll fit right in to a nondrinking culture when i move back to canada |

| Yes I drink more here, but that's because I had no money during university. |

| I drink less. The alcohol here sucks and I'm not a fan of paying up to $10 for a Guinness on a regular basis. |

I assume by 'no' you mean 'less'? Option 3 and 2 could mean the same thing. Not that quality research is what you're going for if you are making random polls on message boards without defining your variables.
I drink for the taste. There is better taste at home so I drink more there, though still not very much. |

In the US I was binge drinking more. The usual get together at a bar with all my friends and we'd buy each other shots and have a good time. the concept of "anju" or food with alcohol was non existent.
In Korea its more of a casual drinking where I'd enjoy some alcohol with a meal.
I definitely drank more in the US. You could find a happy hour every night of the week. Then again, back in the US I was still a college student. |

| I stopped drinking in Thailand. Been over a year now. Not much difference in my life other than I don't feel like shite for two days after a session. |

| More, but only because there are no other decent drugs available here. I also smoke more, for the exact same reason. |
