...it's 6pm and you have to go around to classes asking the students which handouts you did / finished last week so that you know what photocopies to make for tomorrow.

.....when you arrive at your apartment after dinner out with your co-teachers, you find you've left your keys in your desk at school, you take a taxi to school, there's no one there, you go to the caretakers apartment, bring him back to school in the taxi, get your keys, take the caretaker home, and go home yourself.

Just did it. Sad First time, and I hope the last.




note to self...take caretaker out for dinner and drinks...
