Hi,
I just found out today that my husband ex school do not pay his pension money to the pension office. He broke his contract after working with this school for 6 months. And I've got news today that the school has already close down. But we still have the owner phone number. And his current school owner is a good friend of him too, so easily for me to contact him back. According to Pension officer, we can issue a law court . But is it possible to do this, as the school has close down ?
We do not have the contract copy with us . The contract was kept by the recruiter. And the school did not pay him full amount every month, neither given payslip. But he knew the school deducted the Tax and Pension from his salary. So how can we proof to court that the ex school had deducted his wages for pension but did not pass it to pension office. We were wondering about his tax too ? Isn't the school pay too ?
Is it ok if We can sue him for not paying , and he can get several charges for doing that. If that the case then we can call him and inform him to pay us in lump sum ( pay back the money owed to us )otherwise he have to face the law issue for this case.
Any help will be much appreaciate. |
