Would you like to see a new goods and services section on this site?

We all find it difficult at times to find where to go to get the things we need. From travel and medical services to books and furniture. Restaurants/bars and events that are happening. Also, many of us have started our own businesses which target the expat community and would benefit from being able to list the service on this site.

If you are looking for something here in Korea, you could search on dave's instead of having to run down to the subway to get a copy of the Herald paper and hope there is some information/ad in there. Or posting a question on here anyway and hope someone gives you the right information.

It could be a seperate section under the BuY Sell Exchange forum and you could just ignore it if it doesnt interest you.

Commerical postings are not currently allowed in the existing B/S/Exchange section and I think it is rediculous to presume foreigners here are not interested in any new goods or services (only second hand stuff).

Dave could charge a small fee similiar to the jobs sections to the people or businesses who want to post, and presumably therefore, only businesses that foreigners were actually interested in would bother to pay for a listing on there (in the long run anyway).

And if you were not interested in anything new, you simply don't have to read it!

I think it would be a service to people here, whilst Mr Sperling would make some extra revenue and those of us who have a business or are trying to get a business going here in Korea would all benefit too.

Win, win, win.
