Many times. Their office is about 2 blocks from city hall.

If you can't speak/read Korean then you may have to call more than once to get an English speaker (they have more than 40 agents on the phone lines at any given time) but then do have some.

Not anymore. When I phoned a couple of months ago they said (in English!) that they weren't offering English service anymore. I think there's another thread about this somewhere.

I just ordered my ticket to Beijing from them, less than a week in advance. I had a Korean friend manage the actual sale for me (not quite that skilled in the language yet), and I paid through a wire transfer.

The prices on the front page of the website are great, but be aware that they don't include tax. Depending on where you're going, you should expect to add at least another 100k on top of the price you're quoted.

(100-170)서울시 중구 무교동 11번지 광일빌딩 9층 (주)와이페이모어

Seoul Joong-gu Mu-gyo-dong #11, Gwangil Building 9th Floor

Subway line 1 (on top of map, next to it is the City Hall), exit 5

Subway line 2, Eulji-ro Entrance (Ip-gu) exit 2

IF you are familiar with the old Canadian Embassy (remember that they moved this summer) whypaymore is straight out the front door, cross the street (keep the Kolon building door at your back) and it's the 2nd building on the left close to the little police station.

9th floor.

It would be quicker and easier to get a Korean speaker to help you by phone or on-line

BUT

There is usually someone in the office who can speak English. They are not really set up to handle walk-in traffic like a regular travel agent. They are geared for on-line / phone service.

If you know what you want AND are prepared to pay AND get your e-ticket then and there, they are fine.

If you need assistance booking a package deal (air, hotel, transfers, etc), or multiple destinations they are not the best choice. A full service travel agent would be better for things like that.

.

I just booked through them the other day....

I am finding that the amount of airlines they are offering is decreasing though...there are better deals out there in a lot of cases.

Anyhow...430 000 to bangkok return was good enough for me.
