One of my neighbor's puts his or her unwashed food dishes in the hallway.
Why might he do this? Is it because he doesn't want to immediately wash his dishes and therefore leaves them outside his apartment so his place doesn't smell like food when he wakes in the morning? |

Because it's from a delivery food order. The delivery guy comes back to pick up the dishes. |

Thanks for asking, I've been doing well.
I've been here 1 month, so far. I am enjoying my job at a high school and I've finally met some of my Korean cousins. I'm half-Korean, and one of my cousins is really down to earth and teaches English to Kindergarten children. She speaks English just fine.
I had noticed the dishes elsewhere, even outside an SK handphone store.
I've been to Yongsan to grab a few computer related things, COEX Samseung for the same, and have been regularly eating really tasty dinners at school. I leave school at 4pm, and walk back to campus at 6pm for dinner.
Teaching English conversation classes is a nice change from making websites for a real estate company in the U.S. I have a great language lab and my students are well-mannered. My birthday was a few days ago -- the big '24' -- and my Korean English teachers, of whom there are 12 and all speak great English, brought two cakes (one was green-tea flavored) and a bunch of strawberries to our weekly teacher's workshop. We regularly talk about culture and idioms. |
