| Like I download the song and pay for it, but then I delete it from my ipod and computer but want it again later, I don't have to pay for it again but I can download it again right? |

I've heard of people doing this by mistake, or losing their iTunes library because of a computer crash.
I've read that iTunes has no direct support telephone line. You must go through the iTunes Store support link, per the instructions below:
1) Go to www.apple.com/support/itunes/musicstore
2) Click on "Get Help With Buying Music"
3) Scroll all the way down to a section called, ironically, "Still HavingTrouble?"
4) Click on "Credit Card Questions"
5) Fill out the form and someone will get back to you "today or tomorrow." |
