Depends where you're going in those places. If you're going to be hiking through jungles, then bring some malaria pills and get some shots. Otherwise, nothing. I visited Thailand, Malaysia, Laos, and Cambodia without any problems. |

Make sure you have Hep A and B immunisation, but that is a good idea anyway.
Make sure you have current tetanus immunisation.
If you are bitten by a mammal that may have rabies, there are two courses of action. IIRC it goes like this, if you have been immunised you need one shot, and the substances you are going to be injected with are stable at tropical temperatures and fairly cheap.
However if you are not immunised you will need a series of shots, one of which is very temerature sensitive and places with power supply difficulties are not likely to have well looked after vials.
So get a rabies vaccination as well.

good advice.
assuming you head to some of the poorer regions, especially india i'd consider typhoid and meningitis too. |

IF you have had all your kiddy shots at home the only ones you have to make sure you have had extra are HepA and HepB for most of the Philippines.
Some places like Malasia and some of the others would require malaria.
IF you are going rural or jungle (risk of contaminated water) then you would want to add cholera/typhoid. |
