hey all you that live in mokpo. I'm wondering if any of you know where I can buy a traffic card. Preferably somewhere in Hadang or near Emart if you know of any.

Also, anybody got a scooter in Mokpo? I'm thinking the traffic is too dangerous and was wondering what other people thought.
