Kyobo Bookstore (in Gwanghwamun or Gangnam). The bookstore in Jonggak station has many of them, too.

I personally recommend the "Let's Go" series (they don't do Korea, though). I can only find them at What The Book in Itaewon.

www.whatthebook.com will let you order online using bank transfer, or go visit them in Itaewon.

Most of the Bandi and Lunis (sp?) have a foreign book section that includes a wide selection of Lonely Planets. There is one at COEX.

Young Kwang bookstore in Somyeon has a small selection of Lonely Planets. There's also a Kyobo bookstore in Somyeon, though I've never been there so I don't know if they have them as well.

You might want to try asking on pusanweb.com.

Are the new ones any better than the old ones? The one I have is useless.

I didn't buy the old one, I just looked at friends' copies. I'm not sure if it is my imagination but the new edition seems a lot slimmer. I have looked up a few places I have been to (Nami Island, Sussungdae resort and Spa Valley), like you do. I am not surprised that Sussungdae, or even Spa Valley didn't make the pages, but missing Nami Island (Gangwondo) is a surprise. Also, in the Daegu section, they have named Ariana and Tombo as good places to go drinking, but no mention of Jeng-yi, the best bar in Daegu and one likely to appeal to LP travellers. There seems to be an extended North Korean section, too. I haven't used it to plan a trip yet, so I'm not sure how useful/useless it is.

The bookstore in the basement of Sfunz has a good selection. If they don't have what you want, they will order it for you and it will be there in a week. Sfunz is across from Haeundae Station
