Hello everybody!
I am in the process of getting documents ready to obtain a visa to work in South Korea.
I'll be working at a public school, in Gyeonggi province, 9-5, teaching 22 hours a week. I went for this job because I've read the endless hagwon horror stories and whatever happens I can at least hope I'll get paid on time.
My last job here in the U.K. was a real nightmare, so I am confident anything else in comparison with that, will be a walk in the park!
I am 33, male. I have enjoyed many of the posts on this site.
I hope to go in May/June, depending on how soon everything is ready. I think it will be useful to use this site while I'm there.
I like the helpful people on here who give inciteful answers. It's quite amusing to read the silly arguments on here too.
Lastly, if there are any beautiful female teachers in South Korea reading this post that would like to love and hold me for the rest of my life, I would love to hear from you (why did you have to spoil your first post on Dave's Cafe in the last paragraph, you fool!) |
