I've had mine for 3 weeks and it just now froze. It went on to a new song and now it won't do anything, anyone have similar problems? I haven't dropped it or anything. |

Reset it. You won't lose anything. Can't remember exactly how to do it but it's all covered in your owner's manual. If you can't find it, I can dig mine up. Let me know. |

You can reset your ipod (like a reboot, will not lose any data) by holding the middle button (select button, if you will) and the menu button simultaneously for about 3 seconds. I have had my ipod freeze a few times, and this technique always has rectified the issue. |
