I want to take the Trans-Siberian back to Europe but it would be nice if the school will pay for this. Has anyone done this (had the school pay your way other than with a plane ticket)? Or is it just easier to get a refundable ticket and after the school pays me return the ticket and keep the cash? |

When you finish your contract instead of asking them to organise your flight just ask them for the cash equivalent for the ticket, and organise your own way wherever. |

Are you in-country at the moment? If not then ask them for a oneway ticket to Korea. And then organise your exit upon completion of the contract. |

Yes, I am already here, just wondering how to get out. I'll try your advice, thanks. |

I have asked for the cash equivalent once...
They had no problem paying that...
I heard some schools will give you all the money, some will give you some and some schools insist on flying on your ticket back home...
it will depend on your school..... |
