Is there an "Air Pass" for SE Asia? I it better to just buy individual flights or get a pass?

| Cathay Pacific and Malaysian Airlines have them but I think you have to physically be in North America to purchase them. There are so many budget airlines in SEA these days that it makes the hassle of planning your itenierary out ahead of time with an Air Pass not worth it. |
