Maybe it's more of an instigation tactic?

In Yeoido across the street from a main bus stop just across the river in front of a major Korean bank building(Shinhan) was a woman being manhandled by two cops as they pulled her coat over her head.

I'm not sure of what happened before I walked into the action but I think they may have been called in to take her out of the bank. She may have been bothering her boyfriend/husband etc...

Anyway, things quickly subsided for a minute as she stood there next to 2 cops. She didn't look drunk or homeless, just pissed. Some Korean salary men were watching as they puffed away on their cigs.

Suddenly the big cop(twice her size) takes his gloved hand/finger and points it at her face, then he jabs it in her face and pokes her in the eye. The woman immediately started swinging at the big cop and with the help of the other smaller cop, they both take/drag the woman to the cop car and off they drove. From the passenger seat the big cop was fighting with the woman who was sitting in the back seat. Maybe they took her to the police station to rape her or somewhere else?

I got the cop cars license plate, should I report the incident? I know I could recognize the big punk cop if I saw him again. He was older with salt and pepper hair/beer-belly. He slightly reminded of the cop in Godfather(a bit fatter) who got shot in the head by Michael in the Italian restaurant(Al Pacino).

Why doesn't he pick on someone his own size?

Rape her?
Easy now...pretty heavy comment don't ya think? At the end of the day, leave it alone. Who are you going to report it to, their fellow cop buddies? Your intentions are really honorable, but unfortunatley helping out in this situation is equivalent to getting water from stone....impossible.

Yeah, if you haven't for video evidence, it's your word against theirs, and so this rule applies: the police officer is always right.

And keep in mind you don't know what she did. Maybe she was flinging dung inside the bank.

Not only my word, but I'm sure my word would collaborate with the womans.

They probably will write that she attacked them, while I know they instigated the action/final straw for them to take her away.

Well, there's no harm in simply describing what you say. It would be the right thing to do, but just don't expect that it will change anything.

If you don't know full story, I advice that you refrain from making statement like "rape her or somewhere else?..."
By saying such, you sound very stupid.

Exactly. The OP has no idea what it was all about, so who knows? All in all she's probably still better off than if she got turned over to the female cops in the Richmond branch of the RCMP.

I'd probably report it. Mainly because they were cops.
