My wife and I are thinking about buying the nudie bar down the street from us.
The guy who owns it is a real *beep*. He wants sixty thousand. His wife wants him to sell the place because he keeps boinking the girls.
I'm not about to give him sixty. 45 is fair in my opinion.
The place is a potential gold mine. My wife would run the joint. I wouldn't even step inside the place.
This place has it all. Beautiful girls. Ugly girls. Crackheads. Fat chicks. Skinny chicks. It even has a midget.
Money is money. But I don't know how I'll explain it to God when I die. |

Do you know what's crazy? You don't even really have to pay the girls.
This is how they make their money--excluding tips.
They have to sell 14 drinks a night to take home sixty bucks. If they don't sell 14, they don't make a dime from the bar.
The only person I'd have to pay is the bartender. She only makes fifty bucks a night. She says that sometimes she rings up two thousand bucks on a decent night.
I can make a ton, but... |
