I'm moving out of my flat and need someone to take it over.
Available: May 1st
key money: 3 million
rent: 500,000
Location: Haebangchon (near Noksapyeong station, in Itaewon)
2 large bedrooms
big bathroom (with tub)
large(ish) kitchen
living room
big storage area
3rd floor
10 minutes walk to the station (located just behind the Woori mart supermarket)
The living room and kitchen have wood-paneled walls and ceilings; the living room also has hardwood floors.
Lease is until March 17th, 2008; you'll have to take over the lease.
