Contacted Lenovo last night to find out what docking station I require for my Thinkpad. There appears to be half a dozen of them but none of them show my model number in the compatibility section.
To Lenovo's credit they responded within five minutes saying I had to contact the Korean office or use the link provided (Chinese website).
I emailed back explaining clearly that I want my email to be either forwarded to Lenovo UK or US technical services or to supply me with the email address of them. I explained that I would rather buy from my home country and have it shipped in than buy it here (it is 586,000 new here which appears to be a lot more than outside of Korea)
They have again responded with a similar email telling me to contact the Korean technical services.
how bloody difficult is it to give me a sodding email address so that I can communicate with people who are not likely just to say yes to every one of my questions then sell me the wrong thing.
Fast customer service but rubbish response. |

Since IBM sold thinkpad to Lenovo, they've gone to the pits. |

quality wise they are excellent.
Customer service is good as well but they are terrible at giving me an answer.
Last one was that they can't ship outside of the US from a US order.
All I want to know is the model number. |
