Make your own. Super easy. Google it.

Save money and excess packaging. In the winter I use an electric heating pad or the lowest setting in my oven, and in the summer I just stick in on the balcony in the sun for a few hours - that's what they do in India.

You can buy kits at Hannam supermarket if you're afraid of poisoning yourself or "doing it wrong", but if you follow the basic principles you can't go wrong.

I now only buy yogurt to use as starter, and I don't have to schlep tubs of Yogurt from E-mart, Costco or Hannam Supermarket or whereever else I'd be lucky to be able to find them.

No need even to buy the starter; just save some of each batch in a separet container and that's your starter.

I learned from Fankhauser and I can eat mine with a fork! Very Happy

I make labneh with it and use it for sour cream (it's thicker than most commercial sour cream). I make about 6 liters a week.
