My place is very sunny, on a quiet lane just five minutes' walk from Ehwa station, ten minutes' walk to Shinchon, and 15 minutes' walk to Daeheung station (9 minutes to Itaewon).
Rent is 400,000 a month with 5 million down.
I live on the second floor of a house (the whole second floor, so there are windows everywhere).
The landlords live upstairs so they will take care of things quickly but they never, ever bother me even when my cats stay up all night tearing through the place, when I have parties, when Mr. Hot stayed over, or when my cats were in heat.
There are no apartment fees or hidden costs or any of that. We split the water bill and I never pay more than 6,000 a month for that. Rent and gas are the same as anywhere else.
Clean bathroom that isn't cold in the winter.
There are two bedrooms and a tiny living area.
I can donate a wardrobe, tables, chairs, a vanity, a small chest of drawers, fans, vacuum cleaner, iron, and two big bookshelves. Whoever moves in just needs to provide bed, stove, fridge and a sofa if you want one. Or, I'll get the shit out of there.
I've got to be out of there by Friday morning. Long story.
