I am certain that there are some foreigners in Suyu, but if you travel a few stops North to Nowon, you will find a lot more. Near Nowon and Junggye station there are tons of English Hagwons, with many foreigners. The area I live (Eunhang Sa Gori/Bank 4 Intersection) in has more Waeguks than I could count.
