international shipping?
There have probably been two or three threads on this already but I am looking for some clothes joints that ship international like that have plus sizes.
I know that JC penney and eddie bauer both deliver. Do you know of any more? |

I think Talbots will deliver here. I haven't checked if they ship to South Korea specifically but I know they ship internationally. Their clothes tend to be ultra conservative and expensive but they are very well made and they do carry plus sizes. I used to work for them and I have found some things that I liked. I especially like some of their basics like khaki pants and cotton tees. If you call the 800 number or email customer service they can check exact sizes on individual items for you so you don't order things that don't fit. Also, if you see things you like online but don't want to pay full price you can write down the catalog number and keep checking the site to see if it's gone on sale.

Ebay

The site will literally ship from just about anything from any store and has a grocery site. Warning: SHIPPING IS NOT IN EXPENSIVE. But you can get pretty much anything.

Lands' End ships internationally and has decent casual clothes. Elegant, but not expensive.

Of course, you can always have some clothes made at a reputable tailor. I was going to have a winter coat made (I ended up leaving before I would have needed it), and the quote I got from a tailor in Itaewon was around $300 for a full-length, lined wool coat. A very good deal. I would assume that if you could get a referral from a Korean friend to a tailor outside of the tourist zone, the price would be even less. |
