Just wanted to update the original question. And...can you get windows in English with no hassle?
Can you direct a consumer to the right places in Seoul or Busan? |

laptops are still more expensive in Korea. Buy a desktop it's better than a laptop anyhow. The only reason to buy a laptop is if you are truly going to be moving it around a few days a week.
Yongsan or Technomart is the place to go in Seoul - no clue about busan.
English windows is easy to get - Yongsan iparkmall building microsoft kiosk on the 6th or 7th floor. |
