W300,000 per month, month to month lease, W500,000 key money.
Rooftop with wicked view of Banpo area and south facing picture window the size of a billboard. Lots of room for gardens or similar messes.
Very near 3 Alleys etc. New kitchen, old building. Some say "character", others "eyesore". This apartment has been in the hands of the ESL community for many years. Don't break the circle.
