Hi, I have a Canadian Mastercard and would like to contact the company. They have given me a 1-800 number, but it doesn't seem to be working here in South Korea. Does anyone have any advice on which numbers I should press before dialing 1-800 or should I look for a different number entirely. Thanks!

I'm not going to be a complete help here, but they have another number that accepts international collect calls. I can't remember the number for an English operator, but it's around here somewhere...

I just use my international phone card and...oh, I can't remember if I call the 1-800 with that or if i call the international # (which is on the back of your card in tiny print at the bottom).

You will need an international trunk to get out of Korea.

Try 00388 (if you are on LG)
or 00700 or
002

then the 1-800# (00700-1-800-xxx-xxxx).

Alternatively, send them an e-mail and ask for the number you use to call from Korea.

Get SkypeOut and call them. 2 cents/min. Easy.
