|
|
| Hi, I have a Canadian Mastercard and would like to contact the company. They have given me a 1-800 number, but it doesn't seem to be working here in South Korea. Does anyone have any advice on which numbers I should press before dialing 1-800 or should I look for a different number entirely. Thanks! |

I'm not going to be a complete help here, but they have another number that accepts international collect calls. I can't remember the number for an English operator, but it's around here somewhere...
I just use my international phone card and...oh, I can't remember if I call the 1-800 with that or if i call the international # (which is on the back of your card in tiny print at the bottom). |

You will need an international trunk to get out of Korea.
Try 00388 (if you are on LG)
or 00700 or
002
then the 1-800# (00700-1-800-xxx-xxxx).
Alternatively, send them an e-mail and ask for the number you use to call from Korea. |

| Get SkypeOut and call them. 2 cents/min. Easy. |
