Do women in Korea still dress quite conservatively?
I taught there 5 years ago and I am coming back soon.
I just wanted to know whether for example if you were going on a night out and opted to wear a strappy top that may showed a hint of cleavage...would everyone stare at you?

In Seoul, you wouldn't attract any notice at all. I found Korean women in the city dressed anything but conservatively. That said, something about white women showing skin brings out the Borat in certain adjoshis. Dress how you like, but maybe keep it covered with a jacket or something til you get to your destination.
