I hope Mith is asleep this morning.
I want to beat him on this.

수수료와 = fee and
성사시 = time of completion
관리비등도 = also the management expenses and so forth
자세히 = in detail
알려주시면 = if you will inform us
고맙겠어요 = we will thank you

Please inform us in detail of the fee, the time of completion, the management expenses, and so forth.

Ha, I love babelfish- it's fine for looking up one word, sometimes...but does it actually work somewhat well in any language?

Sometimes. It would probably work pretty well with something like Afrikaans-Norwegian too, because of the similar verb conjugation (ie, no conjugation depending on person). English only has one type of you so whenever you translate something from English it chooses the formal form by default so you can never really write something to a friend.
