From roommate, a bit of an alcoholic:
- tried pullin off my thumbs
-got us arrested twice
-destroyed our apt twice
-pulled a knife on his co-teacher
-had his arm broken in one of many streetfights
-tried kicking down our neighbours' door
- enjoyed issing me on the lips when drunk

From my ex (a Korean), during an argument:
-threw all my clothes out the window
-dumped beer on my head
-pulled a knife on me
-cost over 600 000 won in damages to my bathroom
-kicked me in the b---s.

What I did to retaliate:
-peed all over her clothes and her (after she passed out drunk)

My hagwon boss:
-tried for weeks to have me get a perm
-spent too much time with prostitutes
-chased students around the school with poo.

Forget this crap, Japan here I come!
What

Just to warn you, you can leave Korea, but judging by those stories, that weirdo who keeps messing up your life and getting you into these situations will follow you wherever you go.

all just bad luck of the draw. i'll write the full story tomorrow. basically, i was confronted with bad situations and made bad decions.

speaking of bad decisions, i'll also tell you how i accidentally ruined a marriage of 25 years in Poland in a joke that went horribly wrong.

One of my friends here ruined his friend's marriage. His friend was getting down on the idea that he'd have to be monogamous for the rest of his life. So my friend said "Buy a wig and have her wear it in bed. All girls are pretty well the same anyway." Yes, the wig led directly to the divorce.
