Hello,
I am doing a feelings lesson for elementary students and I would like to find some graphics so they can label feelings, however I would prefer the pictures to be all of the same kind. That is, for example, all smiley faces, or all of the same character. I think it is easier to distinguish this way. Does anyone have any links?
Thanks,

Emoticons from popular messenger systems should go down well, although you'll probably have to do some editing with sizes etc in order for it to succeed at elementary school level. |

I have a nice power point presentation on feelings and I think I have flash cards as well. |

Hi - I'm doing a lesson next week on Feelings for second grade middle schoolers.
I feel that it's a little too low a level for them, but many of them don't even know what a desk is.
Is there any way I can make this lesson a little higher level for middle school? I've found flashcards online. I plan on giving a handout to the students either fill in the blank or a word puzzle to remind them of the feelings they should already know about and teach some new ones (like embarassment etc..) then we will play charades with volunteers from each group.
I think this should work. I have the most success with this age-group when they really get into a game - but I've only been teaching for three weeks now! So I'd appreciate any advice you might have.
Thanks! |
