Here's what we have on them. Just recently updated them with restaurants and bars.

I know Bucheon very well. Lots of stuff around there, Emart right at the station and only a twenty min. express ride into downtown Seoul. I like the area a lot and it is a cool place to hang out during both the day and night.

Never heard of the other place though...sorry.

I can tell you a bit about Dongducheon. It's north of Seoul, a bit far (about an 45 minutes- 1hour on the newly-constructed subway Line 1 extension), but it does have a nice little expat scene near Bosan Station (if you don't mind seeing a lot of GIs) Dongducheon is IMO a "secret little Itaewon." If you venture up further north toward Soyosan, there are lots of nice mountain hikes as well.

I live in Bucheon and love it here (so much that I'm willing to commute an hour one way from here to work). It's big enough to have everything you need and more plus it's close enough to Seoul for whenever you want an outing there.

There are lots of department stores, some museums and some really nice parks in the Jung-dong and Sang-dong areas. There's also a friendly crew of foreigners here who meet up at a local bar called the Canada Buddy.

I've never heard of the other place but if you have any specific questions about it here in Bucheon, feel free to ask. ^^
