I'm estatic!

The possibility, sorry, probability Laughing of beating Utd in the Champions League final is just too much to bear!!

It would almost be a disappointment if AC Milan beat Utd.

And maybe, just maybe you hubcap-twocking gypsies will actually start playing in the league next year. We'll win the CL before too long, just mark my words.

As a red, of course I'm absolutely chuffed that we're back in the final and asserting ourselves in Europe again. However, the premiership remains elusive, and until we get that under our belt I won't be 100% happy. But full credit to Rafa and the lads for reaching another European final. If we do end up playing the Mancs, then hopefully we can avenge the unlucky defeat we suffered at their hands a coupla months ago.

If Milan plays in the final like they did last, night, you needn't worry about a repeat. Liverpool will be finished.

Disappointing to see my beloved Uni'id get thoroughly outclassed by Milan. Got up early to watch the game as I often do with the big, unmissable Champions League games, having loved that competition since it started. Milan were the better side in the 3-2 loss at Old Trafford too and totally deserve to be in the final. Expected that to be the case, although didn't expect such a wimpy performance where players couldn't find a team mate with a simple pass! Rolling Eyes If United win the double at home, I'm happy to see Liverpool win the CL. Well, that's a bit of an exaggeration....how about "woulddn't be pissed off". But if United win *beep* all, I hope Milan hammer them.

I hear that the 3rd and 4th place Champions League play-offs will be held at the new Wembley Stadium this year...

...they're going to call it the FA Cup Final.

I was curious as to which titles would be most important to Man U, or Chelsea since they were both in contention for 3. I assumed the premiership would be the main focus. But I read an article about Mourinho having to go for the premiership as a consolation after their defeat to Liverpool. So, I am assuming that the list of order of importance would be:

1 champions league
2 Premiership
3 FA Cup

Is this a fair assumption?

And good for Liverpool, I'm sick of Man U, and really sick of Chelsea.

^ Yeah, that's about the size of it. You can add the Carling Cup as #4 which Chelsea have already won.

The Champions League is the most coveted and sought after. Being crowned the best in Europe is the biggest prize in club football.
