It is too bad that girl who was stalked dropped the charges against him. If she hadn't, he might have been expelled from the university. I think if a student is recommended for psychological counseling for disturbing writing and doesn't that should be grounds for expulsion whether in a high school or university. People shouldn't dismiss these things. |
