Hi
My visitor visa is expiring shortly. Have not decided on which job to take and don't need to hurry it, either. Here's my question:
Can I just jump on a plane to Japan or Thailand on the expiration date, stay one or two nights and come back to get another full visitor visa? Or might they refuse me re-entry? I've already extended my visitor visa (no hassle) but have been told it can only be done once. Had previous work visas in Korea, no problem.
Please advise. Thanks!!

Did you mean a visa (C3) or visa waiver stamp (B1)?
Out and back. No problem.
Get another visa waiver stamp for as long as allowed to citizens of your country. US=30 days, Canadians = 6 months, 90 days for the rest.
If they ask, you have a boyfriend you are here for.
If you want a visa, pop into a Korean consulate / embassy and get one. No problem there either.
