Hi, I was just wondering if how many (if any) people using this forum were from Sunny Scotland!!
I've never met anybody from Scotland since I came to Korea, unless they need to use fake American accents like I need to at work! |

Yes, but do people in Scotland REALLY speak English? All kidding aside, I have worked with several Scots while teaching abroad. And all had problem with locals understanding their accents. Pity. They are great folk- and I still consider them my friends and fellow teachers. |

I am from the Isle of Lewis, working and living in Suwon.
(It's only been 7 months, but my memory is sunny, wet, windy with a drop of coldness thrown in for good measure. You must be from the mainland?) |
