Places I've been that changed my life:

I lived in Amsterdam for a year. It's a crazy vacation, but more of a beautiful place to live.

Paris. Cliche? Bein sur! Deserving of every ounce of hyperbole? Bein oui!

Yosemite Park. Last minute detour between LA and SF. They had the highest winter snowfall on record. I came in May when it all started to melt into the waterfalls. Only a few others in the park. I stared at those falls and redwoods for hours and my mind was never so clear.

WHAT?! HELLO? NO, I'M IN TOKYO! WHAT?! TOK-EEEE-YYYYYOOOO! WHAT? NO! SHINJUKU! SHIN...JEEEWWWW.....KUUUU! YEAH! I CAN'T TALK RIGHT NOW! THE LIGHTS ARE TOO LOUD AND THE NOISE IS TOO BRIGHT! RIGHT! SEE YA!

Spent an evening seducing this ancient lady with a bottle of wine and sweet love poems. She's seen men come and go, for I am just a blink in her bored eyes.

Montreal, you sexy b1tch.

Where I want to go and dream about often:

Excuse me, could you point me in the direction where I can experience life so that I can feel like just a tiny insignifant part of some ecosystem my tiny human brain can barely understand? To me, for some reason, that has always meant Botswana.

Red Square. History. 'nuff said.

My mother's side is Ukranian. Stalin starved them, Hitler brought them to slave camps. I need to understand that. Besides, I hear its beautiful!

Anything that stupidly wonderful needs to be camped in by me.

There's more on either side of this. But my time is up. I guess that's my life, and the life of many traveller's. Where to next? [/img]
