To the Korean haters.......

2004-USA

16,137 MURDERS
94,635 RAPES
401,326 ROBBERIES
854,911 AGGRAVATED ASSAULTS

OK then. I realise posting these stats will pi$$ some people off but like I said....it's just for the haters. The ones on here talking cr@p about Koreans and how bad they are. Look at those numbers!

So the pop. of USA outnumbers Sth. Korea 6-1 right. So lets divide it and get some proportional figures. Hmmm....do you think there were 2,689 murders in Sth Korea in 2004? I didn't think so.

You arrogant muppets. You can waffle all you like but everyone on here knows which Nationality of people are more sick.

Ok ok...obviously those numbers can't be attributed entirely to just Americans, but I'm sure the majority of individuals for each group of crimes are American.

Like i said before.....Koreans are a gift from heaven in comparison.

And as I said before....USA has a much bigger population than Korea. it also actually reports and records crime....

Lucky for you the US takes crime seriously and publishes accurate figures.. got any rape stats for Korea? Or assault of women? Do those get reported, convicted and published here?

The US police actually catch criminals btw

Junior are u being serious? Anyone who's lived here for more than a week and spent time intergrating themselves in this culture knows very well their murder, robbery and other violent crime rates, are incomparable with those of the USA. Divide up the figures to make it proportional to their poulation.

Do you believe they have 2,689 murders a yr? (or anywhere even remotely near that figure)
Do you believe they have 66,887 robberies a yr?
Do you believe they have 15,772 rapes a yr?
How about 142,485 AGGRAVATED assaults?

If your honest answer to these qsts is yes, ur either lying to urself or u really haven't spent much time here.

What about crimes against women? You don't even show any Korean stats. Who friggin' know? They never report them. The criminals rarely go to jail. They just pay their victims off.

Easily.

Aggravated Assault

"any assault (physical attack) in which there is bodily injury"
www.mtholyoke.edu/offices/dps/logs/logdefin.shtml

I've seen plenty among the school students let alone the adults on the street late at night. Korea is a violent society.

Not much gets reported and even less actually gets to the common stage of avoiding police action by paying off your victim.

Korea is a violent society? Don't make me laugh. Most Western countries are much more violent. Of course, violence is a problem in every country, and under-reporting is a problem, but you can't compare grapes with apples. Try walking through a park at night in Liverpool and you'll have a very different experience than you would have in Korea. Korea is, generally, much less violent, and the people are much kinder.
