"virsus" versus?

The most economic solution, is to back up your system.
When your computer starts to crawl, back up your data on an external HD.
Take your external HD to a computer that has a good virus scanner, clean that hard drive.
Or alternately keep your data and system on seperate HD.
Reformat your system disk, Re-install your system.
